How to get rid of sore throat



Most sore throats with full rest and fluid intake for several days may go away completely, but a lot of serious injuries may require medical care in particular.

7. Lemon:

Lemon is an effective and excellent natural recipe for the treatment of sore throat. It is rich with vitamin c, and vitamin works by raising your immune system in response to inflammation of the throat.

Just suck a lemon or gargle with lemon juice and warm water. And you can also try the lemon with honey. Most affected peoples are recommending this mixture, because it is effective in the treatment of sore throat.

8. ginger tea:
