Apple Cider Vinegar: Take one glass of lukewarm water and add 1 tbsp of vinegar. Have it once a day to prevent Muscular Cramps.

Honey, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Calcium Lactate: Take 1 tsp of vinegar and honey; add 1 tbsp of calcium lactate in half a glass of lukewarm water. Consume this mixture every night 30 minutes before sleep to prevent nighttime leg cramps.

Yellow Mustard: Take a glass of warm milk to add 1 tsp of yellow mustard. Drink this daily for a couple of days.

Clove Oil: Massage on the affected area for 5 minutes with warm clove oil. Repeat the same after a couple of hours 3 to 4 times daily.

Black Strap Molasses: Take a glass of warm milk to add 1 tbsp of blackstrap molasses. Drink this milk daily twice a day for instant relief.

Rosemary: Taka a cup of warm water adds 1 – 2 tsp of dried rosemary. Boil them for 10 minutes. Strain the water and have it 2 – 3 times daily.

Banana: Take one banana every day to treat cramps. Banana is the most beneficial health food on earth.

Coconut Oil: Massage with coconut oil on the painful area for about 5 minutes for 3 to 4 days a week.

Exercises: Do some stretching exercises can help speed up the healing process and help prevent further injury.

Massage: This can help soothe the pain and relieve the tension in your muscles. Take time to get massages to help cure muscle cramps.

Rest: Rest your muscles and give it a time to heal this is very important as you really need to rest your muscles and give it enough rest for healing.

Medications: Take some over the counter medications. Anti-inflammatory medications can help with the pain as they can decrease the swelling. You can use an anti-inflammatory cream for minor pain or take tablets.
